Use the Track page and enter your AWB number or Order ID. You'll get real-time status updates including location and estimated delivery time. You can also use the URL format /track?awb=EF1234567 to jump directly to your shipment.
Tracking updates may be delayed in transit between hubs, especially over weekends or public holidays. If there's no update after 48 hours, please contact our support team with your AWB number and we'll investigate immediately.
Go to Book Shipment from the dashboard. Follow the 4-step process: choose a service, enter pickup and delivery addresses, add package dimensions, then review and confirm. You'll receive an AWB number instantly after booking.
Yes. When selecting the Prime Service option during booking, you can choose a custom pickup date that suits you. For standard services, same-day or next-day pickups are available based on your city's cutoff time.
Rates are based on the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000). A base service charge is added, and 18% GST is applied on top of the total. You'll see a live rate preview when entering package details.
From the Order History on your dashboard, click the download icon next to any order. You can also download the invoice from within the shipment tracking page if you're logged in. The invoice is available with all shipment and payment details.
If a delivery attempt fails, our team will try again the next working day. After two failed attempts, the shipment may be held at a nearby hub for pickup. You'll receive a notification via SMS/email with instructions. Contact support if you need to reschedule.
Efla covers 19,000+ pincodes across India. Some remote or Tier-3 areas may have extended delivery timelines. International delivery is supported through our International Courier service to select countries.
Go to Settings from the navigation menu. You can update your name, email, phone number, default pickup address, and notification preferences. Changes to registered mobile numbers may require OTP verification.
